Bio - Christine Baber

I am a passionate health & fitness professional based in Ryde, NSW. I'm a highly motivated, determined & driven professional who’s worked in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and who's purpose is to help people transform their lives. By providing motivation and inspiration I aim to create lasting lifestyle habits that help to improve health and well-being across every facet of life's journey. I am extremely passionate in helping people change from the inside out in order to enable them to live a fulfilling life.

I have had experience working with Anytime Fitness Australia for 5 years and Creative Fitness Australia outdoor group bootcamps for 3 years and currently run a PT studio with my partner from our home gym studio. I have participated & completed multiple half marathons and ocean swims in Sydney and on the Gold Coast and in the last 6 years competed in multiple body building competitions placing 3rd in NSW/ACT from my recent competition. I am Level 1 Certified with Precision Nutrition and I bring a wealth of knowledge to my profession and my clients to engage and equip them with the right tools they need to find a healthy balance in life through exercise and nutrition.

Bio - Mick Baber

I am a highly driven and passionate fitness professional who believes in using data to drive performance. I have been a trainer, coach and mentor for many athletes for around 10 years now. I am a Data Analyst, level 2 master trainer and gym instructor. I am also a competitive athlete, previous in long distance triathlon and now in many cycling disciplines such as road racing , time-trialling and mountain biking. I have represented Australia many times in these disciplines as an age group athlete at world championship level. Many of my clients have also competed at world age group level of which some I have taken from novice all the way to representing their applicable countries in triathlon and road racing. I have played many sports throughout my life including soccer where I played at schoolboy EPL level for Coventry City and cricket at county schoolboy level as well as a prop and blind side flanker in rugby union, competition orienteering and army assault courses.

I focus on building highly personalised sports specific programs for athletes based on data driven insights and accountability. I study sports physiology, biomechanics and am a data analyst by profession and head up a team of researchers and data analysts. Data underpins an informed view of what can and can't be achieved, as they say the mind will break before the body does and athlete data draws those boundaries between the possible and not possible.

My specialty areas of expertise are strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation.

I believe everybody has the ability to do great things, they just need the right motivation, encouragement and guidance in order to achieve this. The reward I get is when a client says "I can't" and seeing the joy on their face and the sense of achievement when they realise "I can do this".
